Digital technologies are ubiquitous in higher education and are leveraged in a variety of ways to enhance student learning. Selecting and implementing such tools, both hardware and software, needs to be done intentionally, while ensuring to use the learning objectives as a guide. In this workshop for graduate students and postdocs, participants will use Integrated Design, a learner-centered approach to course design, as a pedagogical framework and guide for intentionally selecting and integrating technological tools in the classroom. Participants will learn strategies for effective technology integration, as well as gain insight into the unique tech ecosystem at UC Davis.
