Many academics are asked to write recommendation letters or letters of reference for colleagues and mentees. While these high-stakes documents are integral to a competitive dossier, few academics have received formal training on how to write these letters. Facilitated by the Director of the UC Davis Writing Center, Dr. Erica Cirillo-McCarthy, this workshop will give participants guidance for writing letters that shine. This workshop is open to UC Davis faculty, staff, postdoctoral scholars, and graduate students.
