In this seminar, Dr. Monfared will discuss inclusive practices she learned as a CREATE fellow that she uses in her high enrollment biochemistry courses. She will also discuss how an assessment used during remote teaching unexpectedly unveiled a way to connect with students in a 200-300 person class and build a more inclusive learning environment.
