Grading fatigue is a common challenge for educators, but what if grading could be more efficient and more engaging for students? This workshop explores strategies to combat grading fatigue while maintaining high-quality feedback and assessment. We will discuss practical ways to manage the grading workload, including leveraging student self-assessment, peer feedback, and structured reflection to create a more sustainable grading process.
