Written and verbal feedback can promote student learning and growth. However, it can be difficult to find enough time to provide meaningful feedback to all students on a regular basis. In this workshop, we will discuss ways to share the responsibility of feedback with students by implementing strategies such as self-assessments and peer feedback. These strategies can not only supplement instructor-provided feedback but also help students gain independence and learn from each other.
