This workshop, led by Dr. Katie Healey (CEE), introduces the Transparency in Learning and Teaching (TILT) framework, which clarifies assignments and learning activities by making their purpose, tasks, and evaluation criteria explicit. Participants will learn how small adjustments can boost student success and confidence, practice revising an assignment for greater transparency, and explore ways TILT promotes equity and inclusion in the classroom. This workshop is open to faculty, postdoctoral scholars and graduate students.
