How do you judge what "works" in your teaching and what doesn't? How do you improve quarter-to-quarter, or even during the quarter? Asking and answering these questions is a form of metacognition. In this workshop, you will reflect on your thought process about your teaching. By going through this reflection, you will learn concrete, actionable strategies to make your teaching more effective in real time. This workshop is for anyone at any stage of teaching. We will also discuss how this teaching reflection can be a starting point for job application materials. Facilitated by Ben Eustis-Guthrie, Physics, and Daisy Underhill, Philosophy.
