Join us for the 2025 UC Professors of Teaching Conference, hosted by the Center for Educational Effectiveness at UC Davis. The conference will bring together the Tenure Track Teaching Professor Network (T³PN), a community of Professors of Teaching (PoTs) across all campuses in the University of California system, from all fields of study. 
 

Goals of the T³PN community

• Facilitate collaborations on teaching, educational programming, curricular design, and pedagogical research
• Develop leadership capacities in equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives related to education
• Establish formal mentorship structures among PoTs
• Provide opportunities to disseminate accomplishments
• Advocate for the PoT position across multiple levels of the UC system
   

Activities and accomplishments of the T³PN

•  NSF-funded research and peer-reviewed literature on the role of PoTs in curricular development, institutional change, and undergraduate student success
• A system-wide PoT mentoring program (run by UC Davis PoT, Marina Ellefson) 
• Annual meetings supporting networking, research dissemination, and campus- and system-level advocacy for PoT hiring and career development
